"Good service at the reception and housekeeping. Jeff is a very professional waiter and provided excellent service. I found the Japanese Izumi better than La Fourchette. Both food and the view from the terrace. I did not like the breakfast so I bought it for some days at Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel, which has the same owner. "The rooms are nice and spacious. The landscaping and beach access are great. Good spa area and wellness spaces. However overall the shared spaces such as pools and restaurants are tired and in need of an upgrade. The staff were nice but there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between staff members and service could be slow. Food and cocktails were average."

"Staff were excellent and a highlight of the stay. Room was very nice and had one issue with aircon and they upgraded me immediately. For what I required it was perfect. Staff went over and above to ensure I was happy."
