However, the bathroom sink was clogged throughout our stay, and despite reporting it, no one came to fix it. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable. "What a gem this place is. I typically don’t stay in motel like places. However, this place had good reviews so I gave it a try. I was totally surprised and impressed at the modern, clean room, the entire resort is so well kept and clean. The amenities are fantastic whether you’re traveling as a couple or a family. There is a huge pool with plenty of loungers, cabana bar overlooking Lake George (stunning) where there are tables to sit and eat too. Beach area with loungers, restaurant, kayak...

"I spilled soda on the floor and the next day after the cleaning staff was there the floor was still sticky. Around the building, against the building weeds were a foot tall. Parts of the building are rotting or being eaten by insects. Each time we entered or left the building we had to pass through smoke from staff and others who were sitting there smoking and vaping. The so called “free breakfast” was almost non existent and what little was there was unpleasant."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Lodges at Cresthaven. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Our lodge was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a nice kitchen, which made our stay easy and relaxing. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, while still being close to Lake George attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
