"front desk - at check in - was abrubt to customer in front of me - not helpful to them--and even muttered "you can stay somewhere else" - minstead of trying to solve their issue, she was defensive and didnt bother to try to call someone who maybe could help them - their issue coulld have been solved - i wont stay here again because of that"
