"The room was clean and up to date. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and friendly. The only issue was that the room's soap dispenser had been ripped off the wall. There appeared to be quite a few empty rooms. One would think that the soap dispenser and wall would be repaired before a guest would be assigned to the room. Otherwise, it was great! We will stay there again. 🙂"

"This place is not safe for seniors with regard to the bathtub/shower. You must step over tub side and there are NO grab bars to steady stepping over tub side or on side of shower wall to help keep from slipping on tub floor when it gets soapy. Also, shower ran out of cold water (which I don’t understand). Nearly burning me until I could shut it off."

"Lady at front desk was super nice. Wish I had asked for her name. Booked through Expedia and it listed a sofa bed which we needed with 5 people in our room. No sofa bed. Was told they don’t have any rooms with a sofa but there was a roll away cart. Was maybe from 1976. Haha Shower curtain was dirty. Hair on the bottles that hangin the shower. Carpet always seemed to have a sticky wet feel in the room. I feel like these are minor things and can easily be fixed. A clean shower curtain and removing hair would make anyone feel like they tried. Overall it was average. Beds were comfortable."

"For the top hotel in the town, ir didnt justify its rating. Whilst our room was ok, we were told had we booked direct instead of through a booking site we would have had a better room. There was a very nice bar on the roof terrace but had no access for guests with disabilities. You could not make bar purchases without a means of immediate payment. You could not charge to room. The breakfast serving area was cramped and had a very restricted choice. The tables were left uncleared for quite a while. All in all, the hotel could do a lot better to make guests feel more welcome."
