The best part of the stay was the very nice lady at the front desk. She was very helpful getting us a nice room, helping get a taxi, and especially letting us use an outlet adapter in our room. The Hotel itself is nice enough. The pictures definitely show it in its best light.

Rooms were large and comfortable. The restaurant and pool bar were nice. It was easy to see the hotel but it was difficult to get there. There were a lot a of one way roads and a busy highway that was easier to get back on than to get to the hotel.

"Tired" looking rooms. Not well maintained/poor renos. However, room was well cleaned by friendly cleaning staff. Pool was great. We appreciated being allowed to check in early and leave an hour later to accommodate our travel schedule. Front desk staff were very helpful with tips for bus transportation and calling taxi.

Property is surrounded by busy roads, and not close to anything. There is public transportation nearby if you can figure out the system. Getting a taxi took anywhere from 15-30 minutes. Front desk staff were all excellent and very helpful and friendly. Hotel room was basic, furniture old but the bed was okay. The pillows were the lumpiest I’ve ever encountered. You were provided with 2 bath towels and no hand towels or facecloths, no pool towels were available when we were there but the front desk staff did provide us with 2 regular towels instead. Pool was nice but limited bar stool type seating around it. Restaurant was overpriced and had limited choices.
