"We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to or on the Jack Markell Bike Trail. This was a good find for us. This hotel is right on Route 13 south which is busy but if you ride south parallel on the sidewalk to a right on Baylor Blvd (about 1/2 mile) the bike trail run’s across Baylor Blvd about 1 mile down Baylor Blvd. Left on the bike trail will take you to downtown New Castle and right goes to Wilmington River Front. "The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room."

"Old style motel than you can park your car outside your room. Looks somewhat dated from the outside but the rooms are clean and comfortable "

"There were no places to hang up or put clothes except a hook at the very top of the bathroom door. The grates in the refrigerator need to be painted. There was no freezer. The door is solid and please remember it needs to be pulled in. The street is sometimes loud. "

"Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy."

"Room had a mildew odor, TV only had 26 channels, Air Conditioner/Heating system was not working properly, no phone landlind in the room. The whole 1st floor hallway had a stinky odor. Felt very uncomfortable in the room. Weird sounds all night long. Seemed more like a shelter for homeless individuals. "

"Not recommended. Rooms are in terrible shape, holes on closet doors, no lamp shades, stained bedding, bathroom lighting not working, and missing microwave. Hallways smelled damp and smokey. Brought it to the front desk attention, and they simply did not care. Asked for someone to come and fix light in bathroom and was told that no one had complained about it before, and it was too late for someone to come out. Yes that was their answer. "
