"Looks a little sketchy from the outside but check in guys were very nice. Room was clean. Right behind the Cdn Duty Free near the border. Im sure some rooms are being used for gov't housing but all in all we had a decent stay for a show in Buffalo. Room was half the price of anything across the border or 25 min away in Niagara Falls. Worked for us."

"I booked this property for their outdoor pool which was very nice. It is right across the street from the newer casino and a ton of restaurants. Their own restaurant Cocos was great. We had their wood fired pizza on the patio which was great. You can also walk out of the hotel and in 5 minutes you are right at the falls. I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back myself."
