The place is in excellent condition. Very clean, spacious and the room was as expected, based on the photos online. It’s a very trendy and nice place.
Cons: The noise level was an issue. We stayed in room on the first floor, which also has two adjoining rooms so we could hear everything from the rooms next to us. Worst of all, our room window was right in front of the entrance ramp/parking lot where people come and go. At 3 am in morning, we were disturbed by guests standing right outside of our window talking loudly/socializing.. I had to open the curtain and gesture that it was too loud.
The window is also a privacy issue. If you don’t have the black out curtains closed, every person entering and exiting can look right into your room - the bed and tv are directly beside the window. I also had issues with my phone service, I have LTE data and things were slow, even when I connected to their wifi, there was slow connection in certain areas of the room.
Lastly, parking is only free if you book through a different website, which I don’t see why.
