Absoultely fantastic hotel. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The rooms are wonderful, the beds super comfortable, and who doesn't like breakfast in bed!! This is our hotel of choice in Niagara Falls.

Had a great time at Niagra ,sterling inn and spa hotel welcome was special. The staff were very friendly, this hotel was clean , i liked the bath tub and all bathrooms essentials that were provided, Great ambience and enjoyed the breakfast in bed . Location was good too .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the two nights. The staff was extremely friendly, everything was within walking distance, and the room was fantastic. The breakfast in bed feature was beyond my favorite part, but also the complimentary robes and slippers to wear was a lovely touch. I would definitely return to this hotel if traveling to Niagara Falls again.

2nd visit to Sterling Inn. 10 years ago and the place is still amazing. Warm and friendly front desk staff and my room attendant was sweet and welcoming. I love how it sits 1 block from all the attractions. Quiet, that’s a bonus. The restaurant on property was simply delicious. Thanks again for a great stay.

We had such a wonderful trip, the room was massive, very clean. The coziest bed I’ve ever slept in. The staff was friendly and quick to help with any requests. A wonderful place to spend our anniversary, we will definitely return.

We loved our stay at this lovely inn. The staff member who checked us in was so gracious and helpful, and we were upgraded to a very large suite. We were surprised to receive a full, delicious breakfast--brought to our room--each morning.
