"Great breakfast buffet with plenty to choose from hot and cold top of the line. Staff was more than helpful with the accommodation and area information. The studios rooms are great and spacious with the mini kitchen and full refrigerator. Highly recommend a 9.8 rating only because of the location which could be a little bit easier on the feet but overall a really nice place."

"We really enjoyed our time at the Inn. The staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming. The inn is very old and has all the character that comes with being an advance age. It had everything we needed and was walkable to downtown Portland. My husband and I walked into the downtown each day, it’s about a 40 min ease walk."

"The location is unbeatable with so many shops and restaurants right outside the door. The team was incredibly kind, the room was super clean, and the à la carte breakfast was a delicious. My only constructive feedback is that the bathroom feels a bit dated. Also, heads-up on the valet parking—it’s tucked away in the garage, not on the street, so it took us a minute to find. Overall, a very pleasant experience."

"Great location, but, after a long day of driving and walking, I was looking forward to a drink at the bar, and it was mobbed with little kids (stroller age) at 9:30 P.M. I was expecting a more "mature" experience at a Hyatt. Breakfast was okay, but very chaotic. Again, a LOT of little ones. I am a teacher and love kids, but know that this particular Hyatt location caters to families. Fine, just unexpected."
