"Stay was ok, the noise level in the room is high compared to other properties (e.g., you can hear the room next door, and flushing from above)
Car valet service is very slow, when we checked out, it took them one hour to get our car (on a Monday around noon, which was not busy at the hotel) even as we complained to the door man and then the manager, they didn't do anything to expedite."

"I slept poorly: the pillows went flat under my head, A/C turned on and off all night and when I turned off the A/C, I got to hear a truck idling at the garage 7 stories down from my room.
After two days, my door lock battery stopped working so I couldn’t get into my room. My room was so far from the elevator, it felt like I was walking a block just to get there.
Good gym and breakfast cafe. Staff were friendly."
