"Was very concerned when I opened the door of my room upon checking in. Had a stench on marijuana!!! I reported it to the office staff immediately. Said they couldn’t change rooms for me that day because hotel was full Gave me room deodorant to spray Helped a little. By the next day the scent was gone. Not happy to have this in my room. Don’t smoke and allergic to smoke too!! Room 206"

"First room smelled horrible of pot The next room although it said no smoking on the door stunk so bad we had to go buy air fresheners which helped a little. We paid a premium for this place as it was the Kentucky Derby. The condition of this place is terrible. Don’t stay here. "

"This was by far the worst hotel I had ever booked a room at. I say “booked” because we REFUSED to stay there. We checked in at 3:45 and I booked another hotel and left by 4:00. The hotel itself gives off unsafe vibes and that was just confirmed whe ln you walk in and there’s multiple holes in the door frame where it appears locks have been moved. Let’s see- the bed spread was filthy, mold on the ceiling, wrong size toilet seat, a filthy shower and a strange smell on the room. Not only should they never sell another room here, they should condemn the hotel. I really can’t believe the city even lets this dump rent rooms to people. The only reason I have the dump 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me give it negative stars. I will be disputing this entire charge in my credit card."

"Very nice and clean "

"Very very basic rooms. Whole corner was missing a chair or couch, sitting table w one chair when room was for two queen beds so def for more than one person. Microwave and fridge as well as proximity to Churchill downs (were able to walk over) were positives. Staff was super friendly, but rooms need work. "
