"Breakfast is not cooked to order it’s cooked and then it’s left in a warmer. It was super cold. The bacon was undercooked. It tasted very off other than that. It’s a normal breakfast. Staff was definitely not very friendly not open to helping. I stayed with two other work colleagues. One of my work colleagues received waters for free the other one received a large basket full of snacks and some sodas for free, I went up to inquire why I didn’t receive the same as we were all on a Work trip and booked the same rooms I was told that I didn’t have Hilton honors although I did and do and I also received points from the guest ambassador on my Hilton honors account. The lady at the front desk made it seem like I was giving her a hard time when I was just inquiring not even asking for anything just why they were receiving different things than myself. The rooms were very outdated not what the picture shows. They are very spacious however, both my room and my colleagues room. The sinks were leaking as well as this tub, which kept a constant drip all night, which made it pretty hard to sleep. The bed is also similar to a twin mattress however, it is a queen size. The pillows were very lumpy, and I also had a two bedroom but was only able to sleep on one of the beds as the other comforter and pillowcases on the bed next to the first bed or dirty makeup stains, as well as a dirt stain on the comforter clear as day. "

"Great hotel for a stop between a cruise and the airport. We arrived early and the room wasn’t ready, but the staff was very accommodating and stored our luggage while we enjoyed the 5th-floor restaurant. The room was modern, clean, spacious, and well equipped with a fridge, microwave, couch, and desk. The outdoor pool was nice for a sunny afternoon. Only downside was no in-room safe. Free airport shuttle was a big plus!"

"Unbeatable location — 10 minutes walk to water taxi stop #1, 12 minutes walk to Brightline train station, 12 minutes walk to Museum of Discovery. Many nice restaurants within minutes of walk. The restaurant inside hotel has very good breakfast and dinner. My Kindergarten kid and a very picky eater especially loves their chicken tenders. Super comfy beds, approved by my kid. Super friendly staff. Very spacious rooms. You can hear street noise though. However its center of downtown so I expected that. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The check in was such a process with a bunch of forms to fill. Some forms needs it to be filed out earlier than check in time but thinking is a Expedia reservation I didn’t think twice about checking king emails . So I needed to contact them to get access code to enter the apartment and which parking spot to use. The elevator was not working . The 3rd floor apartment was pretty spacious super outdated . The broken and stained 80’s style curtains that barely closed letting the outdoor street light in was very inconvenient. The paint coming off in some areas . The dirty floor boards . The kitchen was fully renovated with all the tools necessary that was a plus. And the floor was a pretty tyle . "
