The hotel is adorable. The pool is great and clean. They had a small breakfast which was perfect for me. The rooms are amazing. Great size fridge. Beds very comfy There are no restaurants or bars as advertised. Most everyone we dealt with no matter their job was friendly EXCEPT the person who was supposed to be there to check us in. It was late. She was apparently on “lunch”. No sign and when I told her she said we don’t have that. I replied that all It takes is a pen or piece of paper. She was very rude which was witnessed by other guests. Then the next day she was very rude to other guests that we witnessed. Not sure if name. Abby maybe. Anyhow everyone else was amazing. They do need door signs so you can let the maids know you don’t want them in your room.

Huge room, nice balcony and a super comfortable bed. Good breakfast included. And the price was really good, considering it was during the Fort Lauderdale international Boat Show. The staff was very helpful and nice. Great stay.

The room we had was great very big and clean. Only problem was that the balcony door did not lock. Also it’s a large shared balcony with other guests. There wasn’t really any food or drinks service available. So recommend to plan to bring food or eat/drink out.

The hotel overall is not bad, but I had a particularly rough night because I got room 103. The wall is shared with the hotel lobby and for some odd reason the lobby had background music playing in it all night long. The wall is thin enough that I could hear the music through the wall into my room. I tried calling at one in the morning, but nobody answered my call. I finally got upset and left my room and walked into the lobby to find nobody inside. I could not find an employee at that time so unfortunately, I had to deal with music going on all night long. I barely got any rest. When I checked out the next morning, I mentioned this to the staff. They obviously apologize and said that the music was not supposed to be on all night long and they offered to refund me the parking fee as well as the resort fee. That being said, I don’t understand how this place can charge a resort fee. There is nothing about it that resembles a resort. The rooms are nice and the free breakfast is a bonus, but this is far from a resort.

Clean room, very nice bed, very nice check in process. Excellent shower. Checked in early with no fee, had breakfast until 10:30pm on a saturday. Wasn’t that nice but didnt even know breakfast was included so not taking off for that. Very walkable to the beach and have a pool. Very nice view on both sides of your balcony.

I did like my stay at this hotel. The downside is that they don’t have tv service. You only can watch Pluto tv unless you log into your Apple TV or Disney. But you can’t watch basic tv service. Like football games we had to go to a sports bar on Saturday and Sunday. The staff was great.

The rooms were great and the staff was excellent. Two minute walk from the beach, and they had free beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas to use which is great for visitors. There aren't a ton of reviews because it's new, but would absolutely stay there again for a quiet getaway. Far enough from downtown that it is not load but close enough to walk- 3 minute walk from a little food area that was delicious as well.

Everything was nice but just the small things needed work. Refill of the soaps and shampoos, breakfast was average. While we were staying we were waken from construction upgrades of the hotel. It is nice but needs small adjustments.

Moth ball smell when you walk in, $20 parking isn't clear on Expedia Booking unless you dig for it, the only person that looked like she knew hospitality behavior was housekeeping, front desk was a dining room and when I walked in it was a mess. Breakfast drinks were warm and not on ice. Glass tables hadn't been clean in a while. The only good thing was the room, clean and quiet with a beautiful view!

Hotel is new , but it will need some areas to need improvement like house keeping. We found an underwear in our balcony from previous guests, same in our friends room a comb with hair on the floor. Also pillows are rock solid. Otherwise the staff took note and changed our pillows during the last night. Hotel is beautiful just a few hiccups.
