And yet , terrible noise from running trains...all night long ! They promised nice and quiet accommodations ? Terrible !!! Very basic breakfast .

The hotel rooms, hallways and gym areas were clean. Staff did an exceptional job keeping the rooms and insides looking nice. Only bad experience, maid service removed my two unopened green and sweet tea drinks that I was saving for my second of three nights. Recommend giving the staff a roster of new customers vs departing guesting so they do not take this mistake with other new guests. When it rains, a huge and deep puddle is unable to drain on left side of hotel. If you love Waffle House, the hotel has one within walking distance of the front door. An added bonus. In addition, there are several restaurants, BJs, and other entertainment venues near by especially if you have a car.

The problems with this hotel are all facility problems. The water coming out of the faucets is yellow. The food is edible. The hotel needs a full gut job. The staff are great. They work very hard trying to take care of all the problems people are having. Now the beds are comfortable. That was the best thing about this hotel. The rooms are clean as well.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. The area doesn't seem the greatest. While standing outside a guest approached me. He stated he was normally homeless, but staying with a friend in the hotel. He then proceeded to ask me for money. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned and updated. But, it was a reasonable hotel for the money, and for staying one night quickly

I called before booking because im severly allergic to mold and Vali ensured me there was no mold and Claudette helped me out by making sure my room was mold free as well. Thank you so much

Pool sun loungers are probably 20 years old and very stained. Pool itself is decent. Good if you are saving money. Will prefer not to book at this location next time.

The staff was excellent. Gave me good recommendations for dinner to be delivered. The breakfast options i enjoyed. Does more than just coffee and a bagel. The location is the reason why I gave an ok rating. Thankfully it just a tri rail train going by and not a freight train. The mattress in the room needs to be replaced. The life of the mattress is beyond up. Like sleeping on springs

Staff was very friendly, no complains at all on that aspect, but property was very disappointing. Entrance doors were very dirty, elevator as well. First room given, tv was not working and didn’t have a phone in it, next room didn’t have a coffee maker, an Iron board, no fridge and the curtains were broken, not being able to close them.
