Ridiculous - wrote you back yesterday, provided Cxl number, your refund is pending from EXPEDIA so you need to contact the 3rd party agent that you pre-booked with and YES, we had provided Expedia the pool closure information back on May 1st and you booked over 10 days later. Thanks for the negative review when you never even stayed at the property.

Thank you Fedrick for your feedback and we can understand your frustration but you made the booking late on Feb 16th for arrival on Feb 16th and the hotel was sold out that evening. Terms and conditions are clear with a 24 hour cancellation policy prior to the arrival date and you even booked a pre-paid reservation to receive the discount.
