Staff was very nice, always making sure me and my family had clean towels and all proper needs. Great place to book at felt very welcomed here. Walking distance to the ocean and a bunch of great food spots.

I had an amazing time, even though it was so cold in Florida that week! Room was nice clean, staff was amazing. Mellissa was amazing getting us, helping getting us checked in was do easy! We only found out that there was a whole beautiful area of shopping and eating right around the corner! Can't wait to come back and stay there!

Great value! For the cost, this was a terrific stay. The room was clean, well situated (a block from the beach) and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable too. We arrived very late and the after hours check in was smooth. There was no room cleaning/fresh towels mid stay, but we only stayed 2 nights.

Room was in good condition with a pleasant decor, but very noisy from fans and laundry machine next door, could not sleep at night. Staff was present from 10 am to 6 pm, and then office was closed with no one onsite There was homeless person sleeping on the couch next to pool at night Hotel is located on N Ocean drive, no security, no overnight personnel, anyone can walk through the property, felt very unsafe Hotel was not cheap, $315 for 2 nights, I asked for late check out and was told it's $35, but was charged $56, no copy of the receipt was provided Definitely would not stay here next time

We loved our stay here and will be returning for future trips. Perfect distance walk to the beach and restaurant. The lady at the front desk we very helpful and kind which goes a long way! Pool was nice, they had lots of toys for my kids to play with. The room itself was also well sized, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was functioning. What more could you ask for? The only thing I would do differently is ask for a ground level room since I had a stroller and there was no elevator.

Definitely would come back to this location. Has a nice place to hangout by pool.location was walking distance to restaurants and beach. Room smelled nice and was Clean . And the bed was so comfortable.Staff was super nice and accommodating ,she even helped us out with things to do and recommend restaurants to go to since we were new to the area. We will definitely be staying here in the future ❤️

Challenging

Lots of miscommunication/no communication w/front desk staff made this accommodation very challenging. We attempted to check in at 12:30 on the day of arrival, the office hours 10am-6pm, there was no one there. Waited 20 minutes and left to spend our afternoon sightseeing.We didn’t return until late due to traffic. We received a message from the front desk with instruction for the lockbox to get key.Next morning we left early to explore the Florida Keys.Due to a forrest fire blocking our route back to the hotel we didn’t arrive until 2:30am. Our room key didn’t work, called the emergency line twice and left voicemail.Slept on couches at the pool (had to run to Denny’s in the middle of the night for bathroom). Finally reached someone on the emergency phone number at 7:00a.m.Was informed that our room key was in the lockbox with the same code as before. Was also informed that they’d called Expedia, spent twenty minutes on the phone to get them to convey a message to me about the key in lockbox.Didn’t get that message, because I booked through Hotels.com not Expedia.Finally encountered the front desk staff later that day, to sign paperwork/pay my remaining balance.Quite unfriendly, likely because I’d awakened her at 7am with my phone call.In spite of paying for a room, that I didn’t get to sleep in until 7am, I was calm/courteous.As a large group checked in, they were given car pass for parking,I asked for one, was told I didn’t need it, I insisted, didn’t need car towed!

We stayed here 4 nights. Our room with double beds on the 2nd floor was extremely clean and well maintained. It took a good 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower and the toilet was just flushable due to low water pressure. The room had a walk-in closet outside the small bathroom. The mattresses seemed pretty new and although a bit soft were fine for us. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this very walkable neighborhood. Most of the hotels appear to be vintage (1960s?). The location is wonderful- 2 blocks to the beach, 6 minute walk to the restaurants and shops in the town center. There are a Dunkin Donuts and First Watch options for breakfast within an 10 minute walk and a Publix Supermarket in the same shopping center. This hotel also includes free parking for one car. There are no resort fees. Services are limited compared to a fancier hotel. This is a really good option for a somewhat budget accommodation near the ocean.

The woman at the front desk was super helpful but our room was so tiny. It was hard to get around the bed, no hot water and no counter space in the bathroom. The location was great and the pool was nice and heated.

Nice little place on busy road

Nice place, decent rooms and made reasonable accommodations to our needs coming in late and switching rooms mid-trip. The heated outdoor pool was nice, very warm at first but we were able to adjust that easily enough. Rooms were clean, mattresses were a bit thin, not super comfortable, but sufficient.
