A bed near the beach. That is the best I can say.

Noone responds to messages that are left on answering service. Repeated calls are never returned. A friend from town left a gift of a bottle of wine for me at the front desk. It disappeared. No hair dryer in room. Toilet overflowed with first flush. I booked a room for 4-they "upgraded" me to a room for 2-then they proceded to charge me for the rollaway beds I needed. Frustrating at best.

Great price for the location!

Overall, for the price we paid, our stay was pleasant. But when we arrived, they told us our reservation had been cancelled, but we had never cancelled. It wasn't much of a problem, because they had a room for us. This hotel has many buildings, but our location was 1 block from the ice machine, so that was inconvenient. We were given 2 keys but only 1 worked, but we only needed 1 key.

Great stay and ideal location!

Wonderful! We arrived early morning after cruise, 8:30am and the room was ready and we were able to check in that early! Very accommodating, friendly. Fantastic location, 2 blocks from beach and bus stop #11 bus takes you right downtown Las Olas Blvd.

Arrived at destination on time and proceeded to check in at the other location. Seemed to be some confusion being mentioned about my name. Got room and all okay. Had fun all day long. Next day they knock on door and tell me I only have room for 1 day and not two. Found out Trup Advisir changed computer program and my reservation was lost. That is when I looked at receipt. Put up a good stink and then agreed to switch rooms at same hotel but TA compensated me the free night stay. Nice hotel and pool but had to walk just a bit to get anywhere. Bed and couches looked nice but were uncomfortable. All clean white interior with kitchenette. Young spring breakers tend to overflow pool during early March. Was told the cheaper hotels are for spring breakers and if you want to avoid the young crowd then the $400+ hotels are where to go. Overall the hotel is a good price.

Near beach, spacious

Nice that they responded to my email request for a second floor, quiet room which I got. Room is large and spacious; kitchen too although I didn't use it. Easy walk to the beach; this area thankfully is the non "honky tonk" part of the beach, so it tends to be quieter. Minuses include: 1) there was a name change to the hotel that wasn't part of the reservation, so looking for the name didn't help as opposed to having the address handy. 2) there was no prior indication to register half a block away at one of the other hotels. Found this out by asking other guests. 3) the person who checked me in said there were enough spaces for parking every night, which actually wasn't true. Half the time I parked on the street, which didn't have restrictions. Perhaps unnecessary to pay the $10 parking fee. 4) and the internet access address listed in the room was not exactly accurate, so it took me a small amount of time to figure it out. 5) and I know this is a bit picky, but I ran out of paper cups in my room, and one morning the cup leaked as I was drinking my tea. A slight upgrade in the quality of paper cups would be great. Also, a mug or two would have made a nice impression.

Clean and affordable

We needed somewhere to stay overnight before our cruise that was both affordable and didn't mention some sort of insect in the first 3 reviews. Our cab dropped us off and another guest had to explain that check-in was actually 2 buildings down (to the right, it's well lit) at a hotel by a different name (tranquilo) Once we figured it all out, it was a clean and affordable place to stay for the night and we felt safe. Bring a sleep mask, the outdoor lights are very, very bright and the blinds don't do much to block it from coming in. The air conditioner was very loud, but was nice to have. Employees were just ok, but not total jerks. Getting a cab the next morning was a mission for at least 12 of us, call early. Overall, clean and affordable stopover before our cruise.

Abzocke beim Parken

Unverschämt, dass Hotelparkplätze für 10 Dollar verkauft werden. Ich habe extra nach 'free parking' gefragt. Da wurde knallhart gelogen, dass es nur Parkplätzen mit Parkuhr gibt. Das ist absoluter Quatsch. Parkplätze sind gegenüber in ausreichender Zahl kostenfrei verfügbar.

Peaceful!

The bed was the best! The bright and clean decor was nice. The bathroom upgrades are great. Could use a new shower head but the design was nice. No ice machine on site, but there is laundry and ice 2 buildings down at the sister hotel Tranquilo.

After it took 46 min to check in it took 4 hours to get someone to get our tv to be fixed . The staff indicated a discount but never gave one and charged for parking .

I celebrated my 55th Birthday here with my special needs 14 year old daughter. The hotel was very quaint and we were moved to another room on the 2nd floor after inquiring to move when the ground floor by the pool was a bit noisy for my daughter who has sensory issues due to her Autism. A sofa sleeper would have been nice in the living room however we managed without one

I Won't Stay Again

Hotel service is a joke. You have to walk a block to get to the office. And if you don't want to do that, you can walk to a intercom system and call for someone. Whatever you do, get your towels and stuff at the time they come around to your room or you can't get fresh towels. Terrible service.

I had a great time staying there. I enjoyed how close we were to the beach. I did not like the construction that was going on next to the hotel. The only thing bad about the hotel was the ice machine was at the main location and when I finally found it, it was empty

La habitación es cómoda y por demás de amplia. Tiene sofa en el living y cama muy amplia en la habitación. Si bien no hay en exceso, tiene lo necesario para cocinar al paso. Cobran el estacionamiento aparte pero es simplemente un espacio en la calle sobre el frente del hotel. Decidimos no pagarlo porque era lo mismo que estacionar en la calle, en esa zona hay partes que no requieren pago. La recepción está en otro hotel. No cuentan con oficina en ese establecimiento por lo que, cuando llamaron de mi asistencia médica para confirmarme que un médico estaba en camino, la gente del hotel se negó a ir a buscarme/avisarme hasta mi habitación (tampoco tienen teléfono para transferir llamados). Ese fue el único punto negativo, humanamente si un huesped está con algún problema de salud, deberían estar dispuestos a asistirte sin importar que tengan que caminar casi una cuadra. La recepción compartida es una decisión que nos excede a los que nos hospedamos en el lugar.
