Decent for the price
For the price, it was decent. Wasn't a five star hotel by any means, but is right next door to Inn Leather and about 10 minutes to Wilton Manors. The staff were friendly. Based on price it was a good stay. Cute courtyard with sitting area.

Went for Juneteenth weekend.The AC Units need to be cleaned and filters changed, wall needs paint, curtains and window sills need cleaning. New pillows and furniture is very filthy and could not be used. To be honest, they were in the middle of remodeling so hopefully better conditions when done.

Very dirty room
Worst hotel I ever stayed in, just sat in chair all night, bed was to nasty to sleep in.

Hi We extremely sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry to ask you but have you inform this to our property manager? We would have been provide you with full refund. Sorry to hear that you sat on chain all night. We really work very hard give our guest the best accommodation. We definitely look in to this if you can share us more detail of your stay.

Very disappointed
Very pricey for what it was. When we first entered the room the ac was on and the room smelled moldy and musty and was dripping water on the floor.We turned it off cause we could not stand the smell. Place could use a good cleaning and disinfecting.Wanted to stay at a cheaper place before our cruise. I guess u get what u pay for.Location was close to pier and airport but would never stay there again!!

very unpleasant
when we arrived the office was small dirty and had an odor the rooms did not look like they where 198,62 per night it was difficult communicating with the manager he didn't understand me when i asked if there was aaa or veterans discount the final straw was when some one walked in and asked how much for a room the manager quoted him 50 dollars less than i was paying he just laughed i asked for a refund he did not understand me and he called who i believed was his wife they told me call hotels.com for a refund i called hotels .com and they tried reaching them to no avail they did not answer or they claimed the manager was not in i am going to take this up with my credit card company

Not clean, bugs holes in the sheets and blanket from cigerette burns. The bath wall look as if someone spit tobacco on it. Bathroom sink filty.

Skitiga sängkläder. Troligen ej bytta då det var fläckar från kroppsvätrkor på dem. Toalett med bajsränder. Ingen toalettborste. Bara kallvatten i duschen. AC som lät som ett flygplan. Samma i våra vänners rum.

A very basic motel. old with a clean but very basic room Ok for one night before flying out of Fort Lauderdale but don't expect anything other than a bed and bathroom

Rooms weren’t very clean, floor was sticky, lots of stains, bed was clean and comfortable though. No water on site, sold out.

The service was great so I wish I could say the room was better. The room had a funny smell coming from the air conditioner. I always travel with a Lysol spray and that just Barely covered it. The shower had black mold and the shower curtain was very dirty (gross). The sink filled up with water while brushing our teeth so the drain was slow. We basically rested for a few hours then left without ever showering because it was not clean.

Very basic hotel. We like the 17th Dt Causeway area but most of the hotels there are very expensive in high season. So we stayed here because we like location. Be aware, very busy street right outside your window.

Very bare bones place. Stong smell of cleaning fluids. Shower ok but towels cheap and thin. No place in bathroom to store or position toiletries etc. Bed ok. Refrigerator did work. Microwave but no coffee maker. We needed a cheap hotel for a few days and cheap is what we got.

Horrible. Do not stay here. There are two strip clubs next to it and lets just say the prostitutes use the place to "substitute" their pay. I have never posted a review in my life but this place is worth it.

Great value
A small older hotel. It is kept very nice and very clean. The rooms are small, but more than enough room for what I needed. Shower and bathroom facilities work perfect. Enjoy the big screen TV. It also had a refrigerator.

When I was bitten by a spider, a rude man was telling me to wait outside for a guest who arrived after me to check in. Obviously he wanted to serve the man first because sexist bs- I had been waiting longer and had an emergency. He couldn't have cared less about my needing benedryl to avoid reacting to something that bit me in his property. wasn't even offered a different toom and he only helped me because the male guest told him to.

In your Description of Property om Hotels.com It was stated that room included Coffey Pot (it did not) in fact, no Phone no alarm Clock, there was a wall clock that needed batteries? So you could say no Creature Comforts and no chance for a wake-up call. The site was very old but clean and had newer fixtures in the Bathroom.The location was good if you planed on visiting Ft. Lauderdale ut I was only looking for an overnight stay close to Miami.
