"We had a nice stay, no issues. Staff was nice, location was great for dining nearby, bed was comfortable. The room was nice enough except the bathroom. It was small (fine as it was a micro room), but there wasn’t any counter space at all. I had to close the toilet and put a clean towel on it to have space for my toiletries. The bathroom looked very old and dinghy, so it felt dirty even if it was clean."

"If you’re looking for a clean, inexpensive place to stay ahead of your cruise that has some charm to it, this could be the place for you. Automated check-in and out, nearby restaurants and close to both the cruise port and the airport make this an easy choice. The resident cat that roams the courtyard is a nice add to your stay, along with the tiny lizards who guard the courtyard. I’d stay here again!"

"Jennie at the bar for breakfast, Jiovanna at the pool & Donte at the pool, as well as the gentleman at the beach who was taking orders and giving drinks - all exceptional. Made up for lack of customer service from other employees.
Would wish they have microwaves in the rooms especially for families with younger kids who need to warm up milk? Made no sense to pay that much for a room and not have a microwave.
The Ocean restaurant is insanely expensive for the food rating it has.

"This hotel is vey nice and the staff is friendly and checks in frequently BUT for the amount of money we paid I’m remiss to book again because the property is under renovations and there is no apologies for this inconvenience of aesthetics. "We stayed at this property 2 separate times while we were there for a cruise. The property was fairly clean but you could see its age. Staff were polite. Our room was average but our bathroom on both stays were very old and outdated and the tubs would not drain. The only perk was beach access. We wont be staying here in the future because the cost per night does not equal what we were expecting. "
