The room was very old looking with lamps not working. It wasn't an inviting enviroment. The staff was not pleasant, not rude but not pleasant for me and my wife.

This hotel was a hot ghetto mess. Evey aspect of it was terrible. I guess you get what you pay for. this is where local people stay right before they become homeless. Seriously.

First of all this was a VERT LAST MINUTE booking. Reviews weren't read prior...#1 big mistake. I tried writing a review and wasn't given enough space to describe the whole experience. This is shorter & to the point. First red flag was the 1 (only) annoyed lady at front desk dealing with multiple people by herself. She blah blah blah said what direction to go and from there it was horrible & got worse. Got lost, signage was terrible, lights flickering, security lock on door didn't work (over heard another customer complain about same issue) not 1 picture on walls (petty) adjoining door not fully closed with chair up against it, giant spring coming out of bottom of another chair (used it secure door for added security at night) not 1 hanger, rusty ironing board...no iron, baseboards in bathroom was awful, guess the stain on bed skirt, no phone. It was GROSS !! After 8 pm we reluctantly stayed, I know gross, but we were tired. Getting to Ft Lauderdale was another whole aggravating story. NOTHING GRAND about this place at all !! I have pictures for proof, will post if it allows ?? Got the hell out bright n early.

The room had no closet to hang my clothes, no real bathroom, toilet door falling off, I was concerned that every time I try to open or close the door it would fall on my head! …and no outlets to charge my devices. There was nothing but the furniture in that room!! There was what appeared to be a coffee machine but no coffee pot and no where to plug that unit. Also, only a plastic cup sitting next to the coffee machine. In addition, every time the AC unit comes on it blows the curtains open which are directly above the AC unit and this window is in direct line of sight of the doorless, so called bathroom, as well as the bed!! There is obviously a lack of privacy in the room. I did not see an EMERGENCY ESCAPE PLAN posted anywhere in the room. I am not sure this is a hotel!!! Safety is obviously not a priority.

The entire property is neglected. Chipped paint everywhere, rust everywhere. Old mattresses. Would never stay here again. Restaurant, bar closed. All photos on internet are out of date by maybe 20 years.

I want to start by saying the receptionist assured me there was no smoking and no pets allowed, which was important to me because I was only staying a few hours before my flight. However, as soon as I exited the elevator, there were people openly smoking weed in the hallway and the lights were flashing — something that should never be happening in a hotel. To make matters worse, the pictures online looked nothing like the actual hotel or the room. The condition and cleanliness were completely different from what was advertised. When I entered my room, it smelled unpleasant right away. The bathroom was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The bedroom sheets were old and very rough. After sitting on the bed briefly, my whole body started itching, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I asked if my room could be changed, but I was told there were no other rooms available. No one came to inspect the room or even offer to change the bed sheets. For the price I paid for only a few hours, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Staff is nice, the facility is not good. One of the worst I have seen, and I have stayed in a fair share of hotels. A lot of hidden fees and the price listed does not reflect the total. You pay additional $26 per night, you know about this only after you book a non refundable reservation. Parking is 5 bucks per night. With all this, no heat, fridge, coffee machine or breakfast.

This place is disgusting! Expedia should be ashamed to have this hotel listed in their app! The overall appearance was not clean at all! They charge you a 26.00 amenity fee and literally get told that she didn’t understand why because we didn’t have a microwave or frig on our room! That’s reassuring! We literally were there for maybe 7 hours because we needed a place to stay a night to get to our cruise the next day! The rooms smelled, we had stains all over the mattresses and sheets, we had two cockroaches in our room and rust spots all over! The people next door were screaming at each other and kids crying, it was so sad! Our clothes smelled after leaving that place. Let’s just say we didn’t get much sleep!! -1 star!

Room was fair condition. Its was humid in the room. There were virtually no outlets, the TV reception was spotty, the TV stand /cabinet was old and the refrigerator was lopsided. The shower was good, the toilet was old , the sink was good.there were no night lights.

this place was horrible, nothing like in the pictures. it didn’t have a fitness center like shown in the pictures. the night staff was rude. the rooms were very poorly maintained. we found roaches, stains on the bed/pillows, one of the beds was broken it sunk in the middle, the toilet flushed very weirdly, water pressure in the shower was horrible. the people staying around there were very loud and smoked, the elevator wasn’t working, and we heard one lady who was staying there say that when she came back into her room her bag was empty. someone stole all her belongings and the hotel said they couldn’t do anything about it. DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel is not in great conditions. The outside is dirty. All the A/C units are water leaking it’s a mess. Many people smoking marihuana on the hallways.

The hotel is not what you look online, the hotel is in terrible condition, the room doesn’t have automatic sprinklers system, there is rust in the doors, I had to move to a different hotel.

Room 130 smelled like mold and mildew. The bedding wasn't laid properly (top sheet was on the blanket where a comforter should have been). The blanket had a stain, the fitted sheet had a stain, one pillowcase had smudges. I called the front desk because I wanted to request fresh bedding, but no one answered. I slept on top of the outer sheet because the bedding wasn't sanitary. The bathroom had a strain of hair on the toilet seat, and hair on the corner of the floor. The room had plastic cups but not coffee cups (there was a coffee maker without coffee).

Hair on the toilet seat means the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly!

The couch was filthy and the cushion didn't fit. I wasn't going to sit on it, but it was an eyesore.

The room appears poorly maintained (rusted metal hanger, damaged drawers and doors, a toilet that wouldn’t flush, an extremely low-flow shower, a very dirty ironing board, and missing hangers). Customer service was also disappointing: staff avoided eye contact, seemed distracted while assisting me, and came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. The overall facility is in poor condition.
