"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and we really enjoyed our stays! The staff is great, the rooms are nice and we enjoyed the happy hour time in the bar/restaurant. Great view and great location. "

"Got to room and it was hot. Called down to ask if air con was out and instead of answering said they’d send someone up. 30 min later, called again & said she would put in a note for maintenance. 35 min later got a text asking if I was happy with the check-in. Said yes BUT, didn’t get any water & air con seems to be out. Replied saying would send someone right away. In the meantime, went down & asked concierge for water & he very nicely got some😍He said convenience store was sold out & he said, they should have given you Checked out at 10am and never saw a maintenance person!"

"I was upcharged at check in as soon as I got to the hotel. I was told I was getting a better room on the 16th floor after I requested a room on a lower level, so I took it. What I wasn't told, and later found out from a fellow guest was that the 2 of the 3 elevators haven’t been working for the past 5 days. Everytime I had to use the elevator it took 5-7 minutes and when it finally arrived it was packed with over 10 plus people. It felt like I was back at the office. The pool was flooded and the pool bathrooms were filthy, food was basic at best. In my room the smell of mildew was overwhelming. The sliding glass doors didn’t lock close and the water pressure was weak from a filthy shower head. I had stayed at multiple W Hotels and this by far was the worst. The staff was oblivious to all complaints and I left after one nights stay. "
