My initial connection with the staff didn’t start off great but eventually it warmed up and things went great. The facility was convenient breakfast was good and overall no problem.

The restroom was full of long hairs smelly and dirty the staff no very friendly the cleaning lady was mean and she was always in the elevator all the time taking all the space and very unfriendly they offer a shuttle every hour and that doesn't happened you have to pay for a taxi

Dealt with the same staff member twice, she was very standoff-ish, and rude. She eventually came around both times, so by the end she was friendly. But it was off putting.

Breakfast was extra which was horrible. What gets me is we book a hotel thinking we’d check in on the day of reservation, after hotel contacts us saying check in is at 4pm ! How in the hell do I book a hotel for only an evening stay. Ridiculous won’t stay here again

The property was clean and staff were friendly but room had a strong mouldy door. The staff were using perfume yo for controllers but the door was quite strong. We were on the top floor so I suspect water damage that has not been properly addressed. I mentioned it at check out but only got a curt apology. charging $15 per person for breakfast that is free with a room stay at two. Nearby hotels is also disappointing . There is shopping nearby and took an Uber to dinner and back very easy so good location and very close to airport and cruisport. Expected more from a Marriott Bonvoy hotel though

No where on website does it say they charge for parking and they do $7 a night for a surface lot no perks with this place
