The lobby looked nice but once in the room it appeared to be in need of renovations as there was rust on the walls, broken outlet covers, and the cabinets were peeling.. The room was not very clean, you could see dust in the air, and we were sneezing all night. Staff was friendly and the outdoor area was nice.

The room was clean but small. There is no full refrigerator. A nearby draw bridge creates noise when one is sitting on the balcony. The lobby shows signs of wear and tear. The elevators need to be cleaned. The location on the intracostal waterway is perfect. The public water taxi stops at the hotel. The boat lights parade sailed right in front of the hotel. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

Nice comfortable spacious suites for a couple of nights or a couple of weeks. Everything works, the premises is a bit clinical in the reception area (those LED overhead lights are operating room level!) and there is a nice outside seating area. A good price for generous facilities.
