"The property had a great location because the beach was close by. The pool could have been bigger though. I love the whole roof top vibes and for the most part, the property was cleaned. However, we stayed by the pool section where we could open our sliding door and the pool was right there. I got bit up a few times due to mosquito bites inside the room. The guy at the front desk wasn’t too nice. He talks over you and doesn’t take the time to listen. We had a few questions and he just wasn’t...

"Would recommend better drinks at pool bar and hotel bar, They do not make them correctly and or as listed on the menu. They do not use fresh ingredients (In example their menu says there is mint in the mojito but there is no fresh mint, they use a mix) and the bartenders often make the drinks with sprite when the menu says club soda. When you pay $18 for a drink you should have it as it is described especially when you are monitoring sugar intake etc."

"I have stayed there a couple of timed this year. This time was not the best, the room was small, very disappointing. Thought I booked a deluxe ocean view, seemed more like a standard partial ocean view. The front desk was no help with that. They just keep saying it was an expedia room. Funny I booked that same deluxe room twice and got exactly what I booked."

"We LOVED this resort and I am so glad we booked it for our pre and post cruise stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and had everything we needed. You can tell its family owned because thats exactly how the staff treated us, like family. My kids were entertained the entire time because the amenities were so great. They absolutely loved the big wrap around pool and the playground.
The food was fantastic. GET THE SHORT RIB! Everyone was very kind and accommodating and we didn't want to leave. We...

"The property was under construction, which we were not aware of. It wasn’t really an issue. There were no plug outlets to enable use of a CPAP Machine. The placement of the room air conditioner/heater is unusual between the bed and the window, which is about 3 feet from window to bed. Your body is either freezing or I’m sure roasted when heat is used. Thermostat Wall control is fine but not fun to work with at 4am.
The location is very good."
