The room is very clean with updated bathroom. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. We got a late checkout but only 1 hour. Breakfast was adequate for sure with an assortment of cereals, hard boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, well done fried eggs, fruit and yogurt.Very pleasant woman staffed the area and kept cleaning and refilling. Good location.

The $ day rate did not reflect the condition of the hotel nor service. It smacked of greed. The main lift didnt function for 2 days. They also had a plumbing issue during the stay. The room was physically missing some of the net or privacy curtains. Building or repair work during the day. Very poor and dirty flooring around the pool area. In using the stairs, there was evidence of poor house keeping. Brooms left out and not used for 2 days. Debris not collected and just an unkept feel to it. No ramp at the entrance of the hotel or asdistance with baggage. There is an excellent Sushi restaurant almost next door which is worth visiting but for the hotel, be ready to be underwhelmed but pay top dollar.

The Harrison was OK. It has a great location. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. Construction was happening when I was there it’s a beautiful building. I guess when it’s finished updating, it would look real good. I had an updated room they needed to do a little bit of adjusted with the shower the door to get into the room you could see daylight the pool was big and clean. The whole building was cleaned. The staff was friendly. It has everything there, washing machine, ice machine, and a lot of restaurants around the building great location, few miles from the beach, few miles from the train station so you could get around very easily. I don’t have nothing bad to say about this place.

The pictures are deceiving. The front of the hotel looks very nice, but then you take the elevator up and all rooms are outside like you see in crime scene shows. Totally not what we were expecting.

Was ehh, booked and paid for a king and got two double beds that weren't available until after 6, room was dirty in the visible corners, had to pay for parking and mediocre breakfast had us pay 4 star pricing for a 2 star place.

This is my first time being catfished by a hotel. The hotel isn’t really a hotel, but more of a motel. Our flight was delayed coming in, so when we went to call for the shuttle (which displays on the booking description the hours, but states that it is available upon request) we curtly found out that actually the shuttle isn’t available upon request, so we took a $40 uber to the hotel instead. After a long day of travel, we were delighted to finally reach the room and go to sleep, but were less than warmed when we entered the room and it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. The room was so worn down, everything looked like it was 40 years old (including the paint on the walls). The tub was dirty, the bed was so squeaky you literally couldn’t move on it, and the lock on the door to the outside world was hanging on for dear life. I was thankful that we were only there for 6 hours before we had to leave to head back to the airport. It was truly a yuck experience, especially since it still cost $350 USD to stay there. Would 100% pay $50 more and stay somewhere else that is actually nice.

Room was clean but was situated down the hall where the laundry and staff breakroom was located, our window faced the wall. Staff was courteous but not overly friendly. Location is convenient, but definitely needs upgrades to the hotel. I felt it was overpriced for what we got.

Both times we stayed we were given a room in the corner that looked into a wall. One of the rooms was in the hall with the laundry, staff breakroom and public bathroom. It was noisy, and again looked at a wall. The staff was courteous but not overly friendly. Probably wouldn't stay again. Definitely overpriced for what we got. The room was clean but no pictures on the walls, very basic.

First the bad news. Check-in and checkout are a disaster. Plan on 20+ minutes each way. They REALLY need to fix this. Staff not very helpful and def not cheerful. Now the good: Our room was very nice, modern, spacious, and the bed was super comfy. AC worked great and not noisy, lots of hot water. No weird smells. Stayed on 3rd floor adjoining large patio area and pool. Same floor as breakfast in the morning which was remarkably good. Room door opens to the outside, not a hallway which we liked. Very quiet except for some occasional noise due to construction and building refurb in progress. A bunch of stairs at the entrance so if you use a walker or have a heavy suitcase be warned no adjoining ramp. We used the parking lot ramp to wheel everything in which worked fine. Luckily no cars using the ramp at the time. And don’t bring a car if you can help it. No place to park for free else pay a daily rate of maybe $15 or so. Feee shuttle from airport was very slow to pick up and had to stand in the tiny isle since every seat taken. Shuttle is contracted with an outfit called Ways that services several other hotels besides this one. Walking distance to nice restaurants in this lively area which we loved. Lots of kids and they were all happy. Bottom line, you will need lots of patience to stay here but we found it worthwhile because the room was so nice and comfortable and the dining options nearby and fun atmosphere.

Room was subpar, the bedding and towels were stained. Booked a double bed room was checked into a single bed room and was told they didn’t have any additional rooms. Was not aware prior to booking that the airport shuttle was only available for a time window which ended before my flight arrived. The breakfast room 😂…….the motel was clearly an attempt to remodel and much older dated building but I think a complete overhaul is needed not just wallpaper and paint. Great location that’s about it

Room was little worn out with some kind of stalled smell but that was alright for one night. Hotel offered free FLL Airport transfer and the breakfast was pretty good. Staff was nice and the location is pretty live with many dining locations.

Room was old and outdate but that was acceptable. What was ruined the experience more were the staff. They were incredibly lazy and unprofessional especially the security people. I do not recommend this establishment until they fix the staff

Recently renovated, nice to have airport shuttle since hotel is long distance from airport but it was a bit slow waiting to fill the bus at the airport and then it dropped others off at two hotels before Harrison. Breakfast was satisfactory. Didn’t use pool but it looked nice.

The heater didn’t work in our first room, the elevator was broken. Noisy very early in the morning and we had to ask for the dirty area rugs to be taken out of our room. We called Dow the next morning the the manager and he said he would refund our money. Then we were never refunded!
