"We had a very nice room with a view of the ocean, the entire staff were very friendly and happy to help you anyway they can. On several occasions I was in the lobby to get coffee at 6am , I was greeted by Diana who was very warm and friendly. Unfortunately the last night we were there before checking out we had a very strong smell of gas in our room , we immediately went to the front desk and the night manager changed our room without question. I was later contacted by a guest manager stating that it was caused by cleaning in the restaurant on the 6th floor when our room was on the 8th floor. Working for a utility company over 30 years I am aware of what gas smells like. This was an inconvenience changing rooms but it would not deter me from visiting again. As soon as you arrive you are greeted like royalty and the entire hotel is luxurious."
