Spacious, clean cross street from Ocean and walking distance to food places. Only thing wish there was a better way to get to the beach. Over all I would stay again.

This is not a hotel. It is a cheap “hourly like motel” at best. The pictures do not match the actual property. The property is filthy, unsafe, and has mold. We did not stay for even 10 minutes. Completely disgusting. Health department should visit.

Parking was good. A/C was loud temperature was less than cool. In high level to loud to sleep. Room was clean but no service unless requested. Advertising of the complex don’t match the listing beach was advised as step from hotel when in fact it was 10 min drive or a 25 min walk. The water in the bathroom came out kinda yellow running water don’t notice but if you fill the tub absolutely and you can see it in the bowl. Use bottle water to rinse mouth. Would not use this place again and do not recommend it. Please this is just my opinion. It was a last minute reservation had to fine something quick and those are the resort. Give it a 11/2 start.

The word “palace” is very far from the truth. Motel is more like it. Although the staff was friendly, the place was disgusting. The room was overpowered with a cleaner smell. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Dirty curtains and shower curtain. The air-conditioning unit was so loud it kept waking us up. I’m also pretty sure that using extension cords plugged in behind the bed for lamps phones etc isn’t safe. The one pool was disgusting. Had a nasty film over…the weeds are growing through the concrete everywhere around the pool. It’s like the place went downhill…Somebody else bought it and cheaply fixed it up. The pictures about the place online must be from 20 years ago!

The room itself was clean and had a great smell. However the shower curtain hooks definitely had mold on them and around the shower was not the cleanest.The AC only kept the room cool if it was running constantly. If you aren’t a hot sleeper, then the AC is just fine! The staff were super friendly and very helpful.

When we pulled in we noticed that the property looked nothing like the pictures online. Check in was easy. We got to our room and surprisingly it was nicer than we thought. Fast forward to bedtime…..We pull out the sheets to get in bed and find that the sheet had dried feces on it. I bring it down to the front desk and get I am so sorry. This is unacceptable. I’ll have a manager call you in the morning. Morning comes and no call. We check out and leave for our cruise. We get back from the cruise and have to stay 1 more night there as we already paid for it. We get back to the hotel to check in and had to wait to get in a room. Which was fine as it was only noon. We finally get into our room and it smells so musty and mildewy that we wanted to gag! Go into the bathroom and there is what looks like to be mold on the ceiling in this bathroom. This room we got this time was definitely not as clean as the other room. When you book online there is apparently 2 different types of properties here. A club and a resort I believe she called it. I don’t recall ever getting any choice when I booked. I just booked a double bed room and got the resort side I believe. Now the club side did look nicer. The pool and patio side was definitely nicer. It’s been 6 days and my deposit is still on my card as pending……Unsure why it is still showing pending as all we did was check in that day, go to dinner and back to sleep as we had to be up at 4am to get to the airport. I would not stay Again.

The room looked clean. But the floor wasn't clean I put on a pair of socks 3 times in one day then I just kept my slides on. Parking was ok only time I herd anything from the staff was when they called me while I was in the room to tell me they had messed up my booking I was supposed to stay till Sunday but I Friday morning. Also room was left in perfect condition an I still don't have my 200 dollar deposit back? They just keep giving me the runaround saying it must be your credit card cause we gave back the deposit I'd put my statement up here if I could I never got the deposit back. So just because of that I'll never be back. An if your like me a need money on your card I'd book with someone else.

The parking was the best part of the stay. The room just felt dirty. The pillows were old and the air conditioning was way too loud to use. They took a resort fee that I was not expecting also a $100 deposit that I won't get back for 4 to 5 business days? The room wasn't worth what I paid and I definitely won't stay here again. The location was good but I didn't stay there for the beach. I stayed for the price and I definitely got what I paid for which was not much.

This place is a mess! Rooms are disgusting, no where near the beach, people smoking right outside the office doors. They are also thieves. We stayed on our way to catch a cruise, we left 3 brand new shirts and a pair of formal shorts we had just purchased in Fort Lauderdale and we realized we left them hanging in the closet, as soon as we boarded the ship and called. We were promised they would have them at the front. Came in directly 4 days later as we disembarked and were told no one said anything nor found them. They had us standing there 30 minutes while they “looked for it” But became insulted when I called them thieves. Do not stay here!!! I never ever leave bad reviews

Disappointing m! We reserved the Honeymoon suite with jacuzzi tub. When we arrived after a 5 hour drive, we were told that the room was not available due to an unexpected broken window. They didn’t charge us the parking fee and resort fee to compensate- but the only reason we selected this hotel was for the jacuzzi tub. They said we could cancel but we were in town for a wedding the same day and no time to look for another hotel. I think we should have been compensated more accordingly!!

I absolutely loved the location of this place it was perfect however the “hotel” gave motel vibes there was black mold in the ceiling bathroom. When we got there the toilet was clogged…the front desk sent someone to fix it. We left to dinner and came back to water all over the bathroom floor. The location is perfect.

Every time I walked around the room with my white socks it got extremely dirty Everything else was great other than that , they do not serve breakfast, but on the bright side, it’s right across the street from McDonald’s

I was very disappointed with my stay. The property is inconsistent—while one building appears more updated, the older building is clearly neglected. The room in the older section had issues, including bags left behind, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained.

Breaker tripped in the room in the power, hot water tank, tripped but asked to have a room cleaned a couple times that didn’t come place was not maintained. It’s all run down in each lot of work. I wasn’t happy there. ‘
