There wasn’t anything I came across that needed immediate attention other than the commode tank was awfully warm the water intake was hot… I reported it, seems they may have had repair done and the hook up is wrong… they said they’d have someone come look but no one came… it wasn’t affecting our stay and I did report it. I am not going to chase that it was reported. That’s on them.

The location was amazing however the accommodations were not. If you want to soundproof room, do not go to this room. You can hear parties next door all night long.

Floors were not swept or mopped, baseboards extremely dirty, blood smears on the kitchen door along with hair clumps, little hair clippings all over the bathroom sink, German cockroaches in the kitchen sink and on the floor in the bathroom, bedside drawer was dirty with dead bugs and (used??) toothpicks in it, we could see daylight through the main door that we had a hard time getting locked each time, my daughter has bites all over her must be from the cockroaches/bed she slept in as my mom and I did not have any bites. I don’t expect to have to bring gloves, sanitizing wipes and cleaning supplies to clean the place myself before I can enjoy the place. Completely unacceptable and disappointed that we had to check out and find a new place to stay after one night. Now that we are back home, my daughter has an appointment scheduled with her doctor to check these bites she got and get treatment as they will not go away they’ve gotten bigger, really red, itchy and miserable for her. I will share actual photos of the place if I can. Never have I had an experience like this anywhere or the poor customer service.

I would never rent this property, we had an EXTREMELY unsafe SECURITY BREACH issue, when our code opened the room door and there were people in the room, so both codes worked to the door that was supposedly our room. Us and the other guests were startled and extremely shocked, and most definitely scared for our safety. This resulted in us not staying on the property and having to deal with the situation throughout the duration of our stay. The property manager Tatiana lied to us and Expedia claiming she would provide a full refund, along with telling Expedia that we stayed on the property when we informed her we did not stay on the property at all. If it wasn't for having screenshots and proof of Tatiana attempting to take advantage of us Expedia would not have given us a full refund. We were finally given our full refund after many hours of phone calls and emails over the course of our entire vacation and continuing days after we came back home. We will NEVER stay at a LOWKL property!

I booked this on Expedia based on decent reviews, but it turned into a mess. There’s no real front desk — you have to fill out an online form and then wait for them to send a door code. They claim up to 90 minutes… but mine took 2 full hours and required multiple messages and calls. The room had no heater, so I froze all night in very cold temperatures in the 40s, and the shower went from hot to ice cold in under a minute. If you’re expecting a normal hotel check-in and basic comfort, this is not it. Its a great location though!

I’ll start with the good: perfect proximity to the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk across the street. Great location, close to restaurants, grocery store and gas stations. Outside pool area is very nice, pool is big and warm, enough loungers and the lizards were super cute. Laundry area was nice and clean. The staff we saw were nice. But there are some things that are keeping this motel from being better: It’s very dated, the pictures online are not an accurate description of what the rooms actually look like. Our specific room worked fine for our needs, but was so much more rundown than the picture. Our bathroom door was falling apart due to a possible flood? Many guests complained of lack of hot water, but we did not experience that. Also, many guests complained of roaches, but we did not experience bugs of any kind in our room. The keypad only worked when it wanted to. This could be easily solved by provide keycards to enter the room.

Very unsatisfied! Add does not inform the client. No reception hall. Clients already on the premises had to inform me of their own bad experiences. If the booking is done a few hours before, warning - possiblity of one and half hour delay , before getting your room code.

This place is not set up for a visually impaired person. The checkin process is entirely on-line which isn’t helpful if the txt link is broken. If you are fully sighted this place is for you. Otherwise if you are blind or low-vision don’t stay here

The interior is outdated. Hot water is limited. The bed was rather hard. The Wi-Fi and TV only worked intermittently. However, the staff is very responsive. The outdoor terrace is nice. Great proximity to the beach. Good for a one-night stay if you don’t have high expectations.
