The hotel met all of my expectations and the staff were extremely helpful. I enjoyed my stay and recommended staying here if you are in the Ft.Lauderdale area.

Good for a weekend getaway close to the airport but you dont hear planes taken off I would definitely come back again

The photos of the balcony view is very misleading, my choice was based on this, I’m sorry I will not be returning but overall upkeep and staff friendliness was good.

The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful at the front desk. The pictures online matched the hotel, and it is beautiful. I enjoyed breakfast, with no long wait. However, I didn't appreciate housekeeping demanding a tip for service only after handing me a few towels and assisting with trash removal from the room.

We did experience a few inconveniences during our stay, and because of the situation, the staff moved us to a different room. However, the new room was actually much better than the room we originally booked, which we really appreciated. The staff was very helpful, understanding, and accommodating throughout the process. Another great perk is that the hotel offers a shuttle to the airport. If you need to take an Uber instead, they will reimburse you—just keep your receipt. Overall, while we had some issues initially, the staff did a great job making sure we were taken care of and improving our experience!

Nobody told us that there was a 20 a night parking fee. Nobody came to clean the room. We had to call multiple times for service. I did not have any sheets when they didn’t come to clean the room when it came to clean the room. The housekeeper didn’t leave. Any towel was all right, which is inconvenience because I had to go downstairs to get them which was a bit inconvenience. I also called and asked if they would be a temporary hold of my car. I was told no when I got there. I got two separate to hold on my card and I’m told that I won’t get my money back for a week I feel like that’s very inconsiderate and unfair.

Worst hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. I booked and paid for a king room with a balcony and never received it after being made to switch rings three times in two days. First room I checked into was dirty and then I moved to a double room with no balcony and they a double with a balcony. Next day a plain clothes Hispanic woman walked into my room while I was naked and told me the room was supposed to be vacant. I was then moved again to a queen room with a balcony. I asked for a manager twice and it seems there isn’t one. No compensation was offered or received. Dam shame Maritime smh

The room was clean and spacious and it's close to the airport. However, I will not be staying here again. The staff at the front desk during my check in at night was EXTREMELY rude, incompetent and dismissive. He refused to allow me to speak/explain anything to him and he almost ran my card twice for the security deposit holding fee. The room door was hard to open and had to be pushed hard to get in. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was really low. The shower, although clean, didn't had proper hot water. The water was room temperature at best. The door to the shower and toilet (they share a sliding door) didn't stay closed when I was showering. It kept slightly opening. The buttons on the remote for the tv were hard to press (or maybe the battery was running low) but either way, I had difficulties with it. The room key gave me a couple issues when I tried to scan in the elevator to go upstairs as well as entering my room. Luckily I was only there for 2 nights but I won't be booking again.

We booked because we had to find a last minute spot for our event. Initially we thought the property & room looked good, so we went with it, upon arriving & checking in all was smooth, but we quickly realized upon entering our room that there were a few issues, the first big one being that there was no door to the bathroom.. only a frosted sliding door that slid to cover EITHER the toilet area or the shower, meaning you couldn’t use the shower & toilet simultaneously, not that we planned too, but it was a very weird inconvenience.. especially bc we requested additional towels, & housekeeping knocked VERY lightly, waited about 10 seconds & then proceeded to open the door without permission, WHILE one of us was in the SHOWER……. SURELY they know how their rooms are laid out, so to un-promptly barge in the room without being told was very unprofessional & uncalled for, especially just to deliver some towels. I watched her eyes linger to the shower while she reminded me for like the third time that we requested towels as if we had forgotten in 20 mins?? Like hello? GTFO!! We also then noticed that the TV wouldn’t work, only displaying a “no signal” screen, no Netflix or streaming options available… very underwhelming experience & I wish I had complained to the front desk, but we had only planned to be there for a night or 2. Hate leaving bad reviews, & I wouldn’t have if the housekeeper didn’t make us uncomfortable barging in like that.. this place is not it. “Luxury”Motel vibes
