I’ve stayed in many hotels where I’m ready to get back to my own bed after a few nights. This was the complete opposite. After three nights, I was genuinely sad to leave because the experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. Every staff member treated me with kindness and respect, answered my questions promptly, and made sure anything I needed was delivered quickly.
The shuttle service was another highlight. The driver recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner, dropped me off, and picked me up with a quick phone call. It was seamless and such a thoughtful touch.
