"Our stay had both positive and negative aspects.
Unfortunately, the beach was not enjoyable because it was covered in seaweed. Upon arrival, our room key didn’t work. We had to return to the front desk three times before the issue was finally resolved. After the third attempt, an IT technician came and fixed the problem.
The hotel itself is in need of significant repairs and maintenance. Another downside was the extremely loud music from a party in the lobby. It was impossible to sit there and have a conversation because of the noise.
On the positive side, the breakfast staff were outstanding, especially Bianca. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making every breakfast a pleasant experience. The front desk team was also very kind and welcoming throughout our stay.
Overall, while the staff provided excellent service, the maintenance issues, beach conditions, and excessive noise detracted from the overall experience."
