Cari Motel di Fort Lee

"I normally stay here while visiting my daughters that attend VSU college. The staff is normally friendly and helpful. This past visit was by far one of my worst experiences. The room I stayed in the toilet was not stable to the floor and the handle was broken. When I went to tell the manager his response was there isn’t a maid around to fix it. I said you need a maintenance worker to fix the toilet not a maid. He then said there is no one available to come fix the toilet and if I came back by 11...

"Staff was helpful"

"The motel clerk was rude,,,I gave him paper wih comfirmation info. he threw it back. I would had walked out if I hadn't already pre paid...to make matters worse the shower didn't work.I will not be returning to this property again."

"I had to leave because there was I lot of cockroach in the room and had to ask for a full refund?"

"Hotel management told me that the TV service was not working and that the weather was the reason. After finding out that other customers had TV to watch, I found out that the module in the TV for my room was ripped out. He was very dishonest with me"
