Hotel murah di Fort Madison

"We stayed at Cobblestone Inn at the recommendation of Harvestville Farm (we were attending a farm to table event). A no-frills type of hotel, it provided us exactly what we needed: a convenient, comfy and extremely clean place to stay. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We will definitely stay again the next time we attend another event at the Farm."

"When we arrived it was about 10:30 at night our first room smelled so bad we couldn't stay in it we asked if there was another room which the staff was very helpful with and got us another room. Unfortunately the second room the AC barely worked and went kicked on it was incredibly loud. Most likely the AC wasn't able to keep up so the whole room smelled damp as well. We would have gone somewhere else had there been any other options. The hot tub is also boarded over just as an FYI."

"The room was clean. It had been recently refreshed with new decor. Either the nextdoor guest or previous guest had smoked in the bathroom. The owner was very helpful in trying to clear out the smell. For the price I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice it was. It looks to be family owned and they are going through and remodeling/refreshing each room. Air conditioning was fabulous. Beds are comfy and linens were fresh and clean."

"Don’t bother with this hotel in Keokuk. Older rooms. Smelled like cigarettes. Pool closed. Asked for a quiet room we were put on the noisy street side. We could not get the WiFi to work so we called the front desk for assistance and it went to voicemail. Breakfast was waffles and packaged sweets. Only pluses were the pet fee was low and the lobby area was clean and newer."

"There was black mold in the ac unit, not much variety outside of waffles for breakfast, lots of people smoking marijuana in the hotel, strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. Not a good environment and will not be recommending to others and will not be returning. Would like a refund."

"Overall the experience was good. My only issues were that my window ended up facing another building. I didn't mind it too much so it wasn't a huge issue. Just a heads up for others that it may be a possibility. The other issue was that the exhaust in the bathroom runs non-stop. There is no switch to turn it off. "Room smelled like dog, had no idea that the hotel was all “pet friendly”- $200 a night was pretty unreasonable for this hotel/location. The dogs were barking in the evening and I thought that having to pay for bottled water was ridiculous. There should be water available for guests that is filtered to fill up bottles- what a disappointment!"
