"The casino was good, the restaurants were good, the room was good. We were disappointed that the pool was closed 2 of our 3 days there. Our first morning there, we were told to leave the pool for a little bit so they could do a repair. Later that day, it was still closed, but were told it would re-open the next day. The pool remained closed the next day, and was still closed the day we left."

"The staff was very helpful and so kind. Adriana and Lucille answered all of our questions and helped us immediately when there was an issue with our keys. The one draw back to this property is the lack of a pool, and had we known theirs was out of commission we would not have booked there. Aside from that the room was clean and cold, no blow dryer or extras like a fridge or cable only 13 channels, but definitely had a great view. Parking can be a bit of a walk so drop unload right after check in...

"Met my needs the pool was open clean and working but the pool and area by the laundry area had bags of garbage obviously of an even nobody cleaned up after. I was there a week, it was old trash. Not a bad place to stay for a night while traveling with a dog. Oh and the dog poop collection bin was overflowing. But free bags!! Yay!"

"I would have given more stars to cleanliness because I thought overall it was a clean, renovated room (I like flooring instead of carpeting!) but there was a big long hair that wasn't mine stuck to the bathroom door (room 116 - I'm sure when they read this and go to clean the room they will see it). It is a nice size room, quiet and comfortable beds. Decent breakfast with eggs, sausage and fruit. Very pleasant helpful staff. I was here with my dog and they gave her a cute pup bag at check in....

"Family pool not big enough. Not enough of chairs in the pool area. I reserved 2 rooms, one for my kids and one for myself. I requested connecting rooms as a note on my reservation and they did not assign me connecting rooms. "

"The toilet looked dirty and old needing a up grade and at 345 the fire alarm went off and tried calling the front desk and no answer went back to sleep after know it wasn't anything and 15 minutes later went off again at that point decided to just leave the hotel!! Pool was dry and no ice machine "

"Decent place to stay"

"Not as advertised. Pool was drained and closed. Bathtub was gross. Front desk clerk was not especially welcoming. Continental breakfast was about the worst I have ever seen. Overall the property was run down. I'll be looking for a different place to stay next time I pass through Needles."
