"The worst stay I’ve ever had. When we checked in, the tissue box was empty and the bathtub didn’t look clean. But the most serious issue was that our room door was left unlocked two nights in a row, with no resolution from staff. The first night, when we returned and found the door unlocked, I called the front desk. I was told a manager would contact me in the morning, but I never received a call. The next day, we made absolutely sure the door was locked before leaving. When we came back, it was unlocked again. This time, we took photos and reported it to the front desk in person. The staff member wrote down my name and room number and again promised that a manager would follow up the next morning. Once again, no one contacted me. This is a serious safety concern, and the lack of response from management made it even worse. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others."

"The overall experience wasn't the worst ever, but the pictures online were in no way close to what the property looked like. The bathroom had very visible mold in various areas and was dusty, and fortunately I brought my own soap and shampoo because the bathroom had neither. I showered while standing on a towel because I did not want my bare feet touching the tub. The toilet paper roll fell off of the wall the first time I reached for some toilet paper, and there were multiple obvious holes in the wall where it had attempted to be screwed in at other spots. The room had no electrical outlets. The desk lamp had to be unplugged in order to plug the TV in. There was a floor lamp in the corner of the room, but there was no outlet to plug it into- so it was purely a decorative lamp. The comforter had a dark stain on it. I also had to put a towel down behind the main door of the room because it did not reach all the way to the floor- so I needed to block out not only the light from outside but also a possible entry point for bugs and nosey neighbors. Speaking of neighbors, the other guests drank outside with their room doors open and played music loudly until late into the night. I was in town for a multi-day conference, and in retrospect I should have paid more to stay at the conference location."

"Loved the room at first. It was like a small apartment. Good location and very comfy. We left for a few hours. Where we returned our room was 85 degrees! Like a sauna! The heat was turned on full blast throughout the building. The front desk apologized, but said there was nothing they could do. We slept, sweating, with the windows open. Not acceptable."

"It was awfully rxpensive, but apparently there was a meeting going on in town so most hotels were booked and those that weren’t definitely had surge pricing! I’d have liked a vending machine with the ice machine on the halls. We just wanted to have a Coke in the room and you couldn’t. We even asked at the front desk if there was a vending machine anywhere nope so we went to the restaurant to order a couple to go (no room service option) and they said I’m sorry food and drink can’t leave our restaurant. I said not even a Coke? And was told sorry policy. So that was weird. Otherwise the room was spacious, the staff was nice. "
