Property location was excellent. The beach was quiet and property provided chairs for use. Rooms and living area were spacious and well maintained.

Staff was very friendly. The ocean view was amazing. Our unit was well maintained and very clean. Would love to stay here again!

I loved this place it felt like home! Very clean and spacious. Everyone was kind, friendly, beach is within walking distance, pool on site, and overall great!

Everything about this place was great . The only thing g we found very uncomfortable was the sofa bed . We made a reservation for 4 people so I expected the sofa bed to be comfortable as well . Other than everything was awesome . I will go again .

I wouldn’t know! The room I booked through your company was not the room we got. It went from a deluxe condo Oceanside ground floor to a single room on the other side of the building!! They were not helpful at all! Reading reviews further,it’s not the 1st time.Your company needs to review these scam sites, who does bait a switch . Their hoping once you get there it’s to late to do anything. I am disappointed in Expedia.

I rented the place that was in the picture. The place they put us in looked nothing like the pictures. We were on the 4th floor. In the picture it looked as though we would be on the ground floor which is what we wanted.

This is a Time-Share property and the view from my room was anything, but what it shows on the picture. I was placed in the end unit of the motel building in the parking lot with the only view of the gulf if I would walk thru the parking lot, under the main building to the beach. The whole area is still under construction. So, my room that was nice and recently remodeled faced the parking lot on one side, and a fence with construction behind it on the other side. It was almost as if I pissed someone off really bad. The pool is ok, the beach area is great. No service from staff at all. They expect you to do own laundry and take own garbage out. Beach chairs you need to have your own or take theirs and bring them back. Cushions are extra, but no one to get them from if after 4pm. Check in is no earlier than 3, the the office closes at 4. There are no signs for the property and office not visible from parking and no instructions are provided. You need to get to the lock box by the office, call after hours service who will provide a code to access lock box to get your key. Next day you can get the parking pass, extra key and instructions where to take your garbage.

It really nice. Nice having covered free parking. Had a 4th floor beach view, with a screened in balcony to watch the sunset. Place was clean. Direct access to the beach (advise wearing feet protection: shells are sharp & uncomfortable). Enjoyed the salt water pool (depth 4'-8') & the Hot Tub felt so good on my tired muscles. They do need office directional signage, had to ask someone for help. Also, be careful upon going in/out of balcony door: it has floor base (broke a toe when I didn't step high enough). All in all, we really enjoyed time here, and would definitely return, if we get the chance.
