"This is the second Wyndham property that I have stayed at within the past year. Both times I was given a room on the first floor. Both times, noise has been an issue throughout the night. Please consider soundproofing the rooms that are close to the main entrance. It makes it difficult to sleep when you have to listen to every set of steps that enters or exits the building, all of the conversations with staff, and just anything else that typically happens in the lobby. I don't appreciate paying close to $200 for one night in a room with that condition. Next time I stay at Wyndham, I'm going to make sure they can provide a room farther away from the lobby. I haven't had this issue at other hotels. Also, why pay to have staff present if all they are going to do is have you check in on a digital screen with a different staff member on a webcam? Don't get me wrong, it is a good thing physical staff exist. I would hope that a physical person is there at all times in the event security is needed. With 24/7 lobby access to the building, digital staff don't guarantee safety. "

"It has potential but needs to remodeled and mold removed - many customer reviews note strong chemical smell … it is a chemical cleaner or deodorizer I feel they use to cover the strong musty mold odors - on the bright side the staff at the front desk was nice. Cleaning people are rude and will mow you down with their cleaning carts without any care for you, your luggage or service dog "

"The room had a dead bug in the restroom and wad of long hair in a clot on the floor. Of our 8 day stay, the cleaning staff only cleaned our room 3 nights, which I was not happy about. We gad to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper, due to this. For the $2500 price tag, I would expect the service to be provided. Breakfast was decent; the menu only subtlety rotates, but it did have a decent variety. The grounds are dog friendly, which is an extra fee. The hotel doesn't enforce people clean up after their pets...ruins this accommodation for others. Front desk staff was friend."

"Property was clean. Several eating options in the area. Close to the airport and they offer a shuttle. Only downside was they lost power in the morning when getting ready to leave. A slight inconvenience but I don’t think it was their fault. Would stay again. "
