"Was told upon check in hot tub was not working. Staff at the front desk said they had contacted expedia to let them know, we didnt receive any notifications prior to us checking. Looking back through the reviews, it looks like the hot tub hasnt been working since november, and no updates posted other than a sign at the front desk. I wouldn't have booked here if i had known prior. Room was clean with a nice deep bathtub. Bed and pillows were awful, one of the worst sleeps ive had in awhile. After seeing several reviews all compaining about the hot tub being, i felt as though the company was being sneaky by advertising a hot tub, but not actually completing the repairs needed. Wont be staying with this company ever again. "

"Check in process was seamless, free continental breakfast, room was clean and comfortable. It was a great price in a good location with easy access to shopping. "

"It was a nice little stay. This is an older building that does show its age in places. The kids loved the waterslide option at the pool. Breakfast provided many options that accommodated all of my family's individual preferences. As I said, this is an older building where the hot water takes its time to reach the shower, and our light fixture required attention for a bulb change. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff were very accommodating to ensure our comfort. "

"Hotel is a decent stay. We switched as it was $80 cheaper than other hotels in the area, but looked like it had an ok rating. It has a pretty standard breakfast, but there always seemed to be plenty to go around. Fantastic waterslide (for hotel standards). Hottub could have been a few degrees warmer, but it was coming off maintenance, so maybe they’re just figuring that out again. While prepping for dance at 7am, our toilet clogged. Front desk were kind enough to tell me that “someone will be right up…. After 8am when housekeeping are in”. He suggested we take the elevator to the lobby to use the public washroom until it was fixed -which never actually got addressed before we checked out at noon. This was the only really bad experience here and likely a staffing issue rather than hotel (I’d hope). Otherwise it was a good hotel. We’ll be back."

"I stay in hotels a lot. This place was the loudest place I’ve stayed in years. I could hear every footstep in the room above me and everyone talking in the hallway. I could also hear someone snoring all night in the room next to mine. Housekeeping also knocked at 8:30am when I was scheduled for 2 nights. Otherwise I liked it! Nice rooms and clean and in a good location - the noise was just an issue for any rest. I bet the top floor would be great! "

"Parking was ok if you got to the hotel early. If you were out late (hockey) there was very slim to no parking. Our hot water did not work the first morning. The bed was not comfortable at all. The good; staff were very friendly , restaurant was good, the pool clean and hot tub was hot. The fitness room was ok, no treadmill as it was broken. "
