"Staff were excellent. In the middle of renos on the top floor but I didn't notice it at all during our stay. Room was clean and quiet. Located a short drive from West Ed Mall. I'd gladly return."

"AC was not working had to visit 7 room at 1am in the morning to finally find one working.
Staff was amazing in helping and quite a luck property was almost empty so plenty of room to visit to finally found one with working AC in it.
Was quite a challenge for the poor guy at front desk.
Hotel was aware of the issue prior to stay as AC unit were unplugged. They shouldn't accept reservation when they know it will be 28C in the room. That's not ok. Ill never reserve there anymore."

"VERY POORLY MAINTAINED AND SERVICED BY STAFF... missing bath towels / wash cloths, tissue, cutlery, plates, glasses, kitchen towels, kitchen cleaning supplies, night stand, etc...
- no TV listing guide in unit... once requested, we received a copy... useless
- TV not set up properly... had to reprogram and update the TV software in order to use
- Areas of unit dirty... table top, refrigerator, etc
- dangerous mess of wires behind microwave... had to choose which appliances to use and plug them...

"Very bad neighborhood. Lots of homeless, drug addicts, etc. Area was run down and dirty. Heard a loud gunshot in the middle of the night. Could also hear arguing all hours of the day. Rooms were sort of clean. Finer details like the air conditioner radiator was filled with brown sludgy dust, lots of crumbs and stains of corners and floors. General items like tables, toilet and sheets were fairly clean. Hotel lobby was kept moderately clean. Place overall needs a detailed deep clean. Front desk...
