"Been there for 3 nights. They never clean up our room. Even to empty our trash bin"

"The staff are so friendly! The room was big! Literally could fit a queen air mattress in there along with the two beds. The breakfast was GREAT! The room is a bit run down looking, but the beds were great and comfy and even had a warm blanket that you dont even seen in higher end hotels. Definitely would stay here again. Location was also great! Definitely in the mix of good restaurants and bars!"

"Water heater sounded like it was boiling the whole time so it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounds like metal rattling around in the vent. The roof structure above the patio had a huge crack in it. They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk. "There are no staff anywhere - and finding our room was nearly impossible. We had to call the help desk to find it - there are no signs or directions ... the address that is given is the main office which is closed all the time. No instructions sent by email either. The building itself is ok - the room was clean and the fixtures new but not a very comfortable room - the TV wires were hanging off the wall and you could not see the TV from bed. The "kitchen" consisted of a 2 ring burner - a sink -...
