I had to report some damage to a mirror when we arrived. They sent someone to look and their response was timely. We extended an extra night and that was handled efficiently. When I asked about new parking passes, they didn't follow through on that, but I just changed the date on the pass and had no problem. Two items that were unsatisfactory did not...
