The whole building was very dated. The rooms were a mosh mash of furniture. We felt like the rooms we were in was a converted attic. No bathroom, shower behind the bed, toilet on one side and sink on the other with no light.

The room was clean with a lovely view ! We had dinner at the hotel too, our meals were excellent ! Highly recommend that hotel.

Incredibly beautiful location right on the edge of Loch Linnhe with large picture windows that opened for fresh air, but the bathrooms were very old with loose fixtures and did not appear very clean.

Chb avec vue sur le loch, récemment rafraîchie, literie confortable et baignoire. Resto plutôt bon et surtout très pratique quand on arrive peu de temps avant la fermeture des cuisines en Écosse vers 21h!

Set in a lovely location by the Loch. Room was big, good size shower room. Lots of tea, coffee and milk. :) Building looked tired, grounds unkempt. Musky smell in bedroom, had to keep windows slightly open. No view from window due to overgrowth of plants/weeds

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Nous y étions début octobre. Les photos ne représentent pas du tout son état. Expédia a la responsabilité de s'assurer que les photos représentent bien les hôtels, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Très décevant. Le personnel était sympathique et a répondu à nos besoins, mais l'hôtel aurait besoin de rénovations majeures dans les chambres et aires communes. Sans compter les tapis tâchés et mobiliers désuets ou carrément brisé et douches brisées.

The hotel was very run down and needed a lot of work. Paint peeling. Carpets dirty and worn. Moldy and smelly all over the hotel and black mould in the bathrooms. There was no shower curtain and only a bathtub with a handheld shower. The cabinets were peeling paint. The bed was clean and the views were great but that’s about it.

The worst stay we have ever had. Stay away. We stayed at 5-star hotel (Kimpton Clocktower Hotel) with parking and breakfast inclusive, and paid less than this "motel". The curtains had blood stains and the room was damp.

The staff were outstanding…friendly, gracious and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and in good condition. Shower water pressure was the best I’ve experienced in a long time and lots of hot water. Free parking. The views are stunning. Hotel isn’t new and needs some TLC. We had one meal in the restaurant and it was great. Location was perfect for the day trips we took around the area. Would certainly recommend.

Bij aankomst twijfelden we een beetje, zoals heel veel huizen in Schotland is de buitenkant niet wat je binnen aantreft, wij hadden een top(familie)kamer boven in het hotel met een heerlijk bed, een zitje, een ruime badkamer (douche is niet voor hele grote mensen overigens, laag plafond) en nog een extra kamer met 3 bedden. Uitzicht op het Loch, zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke hotelmanager, echt top. Dus de tip is, ga vooral niet op de buitenkant af, binnen tref je vaak iets bijzonders aan en men is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
