The room was extremely cramped and very poorly maintained, including but not limited to a bad leak through the ceiling from the shower in the room above into our shower stall. Although the staff were pleasant and the location was convenient I would not recommend it and would never return to stay.

Very poor and run down hotel. Wifi did not work. No hot water. Asked multiple staff members for assistance and was told they would look into it. Walls were very thin and could hear people closing doors, etc. Glad we only booked one night.

Considering the price of the room, this place was a huge let down. Rooms were outdated with hairs in the bed and an old shampoo bottle left in the shower from a previous guest. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was fine but not overly helpful. Location is the only saving grace. Horrible value for what you pay.

The property is set in a stunning location. Our room left a little to be desired though. Described as a compact twin room it was really that. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom acceptable. We were disappointed with the overall feel of the room. Wallpaper was peeling on the walls, the TV was crooked and just about holding on to it's wall hanging. For GBP100 we felt it was not value for money.

I don't understand how a hotel with such an incredible location and view could be so run down. The place is dirty and poorly kept. The painting and general maintenance is either non-existent or done by people with zero skills and budget. Many of the lights in the room didn't work. The wifi is utterly useless. The food was actually pretty decent, though, so they get one positive point here.

A pretty good spot to spend an evening, but with the price you pay you would expect things to be a higher quality than what you actually receive. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, and the view from the dining room is gorgeous. The food is pretty good but again the price is higher than the quality, and they have a limited beer selection. The room was out of date but everything worked. We were in a back room where we could smell cigarette smoke anytime anyone went out back. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet spot, but the wifi in the room was very unreliable.

We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. We had evening dinner which was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean but just needs a good update, which is a shame as the hotel was a great stop off for us. The bathroom door was very small to get through and the bed was a small double. All in all a good stay.

The room was fine, but marks on the walls and cracks in the paintwork made it feel a little dirty and old. The room was a long way from reception, up stairs (there is no lift). There was a small bathroom with a basic shower and mini shampoo/body wash. There was a little TV with standard channels, wifi, and a kettle. The reception area is much more basic than in the photos. There are a few spots to park out the front.

We had a great stay here. Everything was wonderful. The view was absolutely exquisite. The staff were totally helpful, accommodating, and very polite. The place was clean and lovely. The bed were reasonably comfortable. The only thing that was a little off, was that the blind in the bathroom was broken, so we had to manually roll it up if we wanted it open. It was no big deal since everything else was so lovely.
