"Small elevator for 5 story building and it broke. Then the power was out in half the building and we had no hot water. Breakfast was average at best. Few fruit, yogurt and pastry options. I guess that is why they had last minute availability. At least the room was clean and the staff were nice."
"We recently stayed on the 5th floor, the journey to our room can only be described as likened to “walking the plank”. From the corridor to get to the room onwards, the floor starts to feel what I can only describe as “spongy”. If I had my eyes closed I would have sworn I was on a boat.

"Our room was not in the main building. It was dated. We asked for 2 keys but told only 1 was allowed.Room was clean, but there was no ventilation in the bathroom, so after taking a hot shower and opening the window in the room, the mirror in the bathroom was still steamy.
Breakfast was adequate and the bar was fine.
The leisure centre was good. Lovely swimming pool, spa, steam room and sauna."
