"There was no shampoo, no body wash in the bathroom and room service phone was not working, when I contacted to Expedia, they said as usual $25 points will add to account as compensation. We had to face everything and when reporting about Service giving $25 one key points is not acceptable from Expedia. We are using your service to get a great experience. When we were on vacation ."

"Expected better for $109/night in a weekday. The outside grounds were immaculate, but the room was sub-par: stains on the bed sheets, a sink faucet that was completely loose, a toilet seat that was barely hanging on, paper thin walls, and a breakfast bar that was poorly stocked. I expected better from La Quinta."
