Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Available amenities one need to feel at home, as well as enjoying all other property's shared ones like pools, sauna, etc. Overall I had a great experience. I've experienced some trouble when checking in, but the concierge team was on top of it and things got resolved timely.

Podia ser bom, mas foi ruim

O menino que falou conosco e nos direcionou foi muito ruim de comunicação, não deus os detalhes e demorou mais de 40 min pra chegar na recepção. Sem contar o Hotel que nada estava funcionando. A Hidro estava fechada, piscina interna em manutenção, squash fechado e sauna so dps das 17. Deixou muito a desejar...

Incrivel! apartamento bastante confortavél, tudo funciona, otima limpeza. vista maravilhosa para av. beira mar. Cama confortavel, cozinha funcional e banheiros otimos. Recomendo. Dica contrutiva: que os responsavéis pelo apartamento avise ao hospede com antecedencia onde é o endereço do check-in. No site diz que é na av. beira mar, na verdade é na av. da abolição 2311.

Péssima experiência

Sempre venho a Fortaleza e fico em hotel, dessa vez resolvi conhecer o Landscape pois é um prédio muito bonito na beira-mar da cidade. Ao chegar no prédio, o porteiro terceirizado foi ríspido e disse que meu nome não constava no sistema dele e que só poderia acessar o apartamento com autorização da proprietária (que eu nem sabia quem era já que fiz a reserva pelo hoteis.com) como já era de noite, a dificuldade em conseguir a tal autorização aumentou e com isso perdi um tempão na recepção do prédio. O apartamento estava sujo, com poeira, as pias imundas, a geladeira com um cheiro horrível de mortadela, o chuveiro só saía água gelada e depois de reclamar me informaram que o registro de água quente ficava fechado e eu deveria abri-lo atrás das plantas da varanda. Não deixaram amenidades de banho (shampoos, condicionador, etc) e nem sequer água na geladeira. A toalha fedia a mofo e havia um aviso que caso fosse solicitada outra toalha seria cobrada uma taxa extra. A localização do prédio é excelente, a cama e os travesseiros são bem confortáveis, a impressão que dá é que o flat está "jogado" e que a dona nem vai lá, deixando tudo na mão das funcionárias que fazem a faxina (muito mal feita por sinal). Pelo preço cobrado, é muito melhor pegar um hotel.

First of all, this is a condo in a luxury building. The building is beautiful. If you want to feel secure, this is the place. There are guards at every entrance and they must buzz you in AND OUT. The whole property is surrounded by a glass wall. The building is called Landscape Fortaleza. I would guess that this unit has been a rental for some time, given the condition. Once you walk around the city you begin to understand why the apartment is in the state it’s in. It definitely needs a refresh of furniture and fixtures. The terrace is heaven, and is continuous on three sides, very nice views, you would think there would be more of a breeze on the 11th floor though. I would recommend that you bring paper towels, dish soap, and spray cleaner of some sort. As there will be none in the unit. The bed is very nice and appeared to be new, and nice foam pillows.

No Internet again - Won't stay here again.

Overall I was disappointed with this unit. I would not stay at Beach Class again. This is my second time there and the same problems exist. The internet is terrible. It goes down most nights and doesn't start working until the office opens in the morning. I need the internet for work - it is a must. Also - there is not hot water in the unit, The shower is heated by a plug in shower head - very scary.

Péssima estadia.

O prédio é ótimo com excelente localizacao. O apto tem uma vista bonita e está bem decorado. Seria uma ótima estadia porem tivemos alguns inconvenientes que me obrigaram a deixar o apto antes do final da estadia. Pra começar encontramos 2 baratas (uma na cozinha e outra no quarto). A Internet não funcionou em nenhum momento e o pior foi que o ar condicionado do segundo quarto pingava a noite, molhou todo o quarto. Reclamei no segundo dia mas nada foi resolvido e tive que deixar o apto.

Fantastico!

A estadia foi ótima. O apartamento não possui interfone e na recepção sempre nos passam o contato do administrador do apartamento. É a única reclamação, de resto tudo funciona bem, o apartamento e belíssimo e tem uma vista maravilhosa para o mar.

Não é hotel (é flat). Sem café da manhã.

Estrutura diferente de um hotel, como dá a entender pelo site. Mas depois que se acostuma os problemas são relevados. A localização é ótima, a vista dos quartos para o mar é perfeita. Peca na limpeza do quarto (encontramos uma cueca usada em uma das gavetas...).
