In der Buchungsbestätigung wurde uns eine Vollpension versprochen. Vor Ort gab es dann allerdings nur Frühstück. Wir hatten dadurch Mehrkosten von ca. 300€. Bei Abreise sollten wir eine Bestätigung erhalten, dass wir statt Vollpension nur Frühstück bekommen haben um im Anschluss von Expedia eine Erstattung zu bekommen. Auf diese Bestätigung warten wir noch heute. Das Hotel reagiert auf keine Nachricht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren leider einige Bekannte des Hoteliers auch dort untergebracht welche durch Party machen, laute Musik etc. aufgefallen sind. Darüber hinaus wurde die Unterkunft während unseres Aufenthaltes renoviert, vielleicht sollte man sowas machen, wenn man keine Gäste im Haus hat. Wir können leider überhaupt keine Empfehlung aussprechen!

O hotel estava em reformas, compreendo que isso implica em muito a qualidade do serviço; A recepcionista não foi nada cordial, parecia que eu estava atrapalhando ela de usar o celular para me atender; Ao chegar no quarto o chão estava tão sujo que parecia terem jogado areia no quarto. Acredito que era da reforma, mas nos demais dias manteram a limpeza e não ficou mais assim, ou seja, há dias não limpavam o quarto, e mesmo sabendo da reforma não tiveram o cuidado de conferir antes do hóspede chegar.

O melhor custo benefício do Cumbuco

A estrutura do local é ótima, bem limpo e confere com a descrição, possui um ótimo sistema de segurança, com funcionários prestativos, o que traz muita comodidade. Fiz a reserva pelo Hoteis.com e não fiz nenhum contato posterior com a pousada, foi muito cômodo. É realmente um ótimo custo benefício, adorei o local e pretendo voltar a me hospedar lá. Há apenas uma ressalva, o azulejo utilizado no banheiro da suíte em que me hospedei é liso e fica escorregadio durante o banho.
