Simpático, mas falta empatia

Eu acredito que a pousada ainda esteja crescendo ou que acabou de inaugurar, não cheguei a perguntar sobre isso. Os funcionários eram super simpáticos, mas algumas coisas me incomodaram. Era final de ano, a pousada cheia de gente e eles tinham uma obra exatamente do lado do nosso quarto. Agora imagine você acordar 7h da manhã com um teco teco martelando a parede do lado, gente gritando e máquinas fazendo barulho, inclusive em um dia a obra se estendeu até as 21h. Acredito que os demais hóspedes também se sentiram incomodados. Outra coisa que nos incomodou foi que o local não tinha água quente no chuveiro. Por fim, janelas no quarto, não havia nenhuma, o local era fechado e a janela do banheiro (por sinal a única) não podíamos abrir, porque ficaríamos soterrados de terra da construção.

Excelente custo benefício. Cama confortável. Qndo estive, a pousada estava em obra, barulho antes das 8h da manhã incomodou bastante. E como o quarto que estava era novo, precisava de uma limpeza pós obra mais caprichada... Mas o atendimento é excelente, voltarei!

Hotel ok.

Mal localizado (região perigosa). Cheguei de madrugada por causa do horário do meu voo, mas avisei previamente. Porém, o funcionário que estava no hotel no momento que eu cheguei não havia sido informado e eu fiquei aguardando na rua por um bom tempo (pois o hotel fica dentro de um shopping, portanto a entrada se encontrava fechada). O box poderia ser mais bem limpo. Os rejuntes nas paredes perto do chuveiro precisam de manutenção. Não se espera luxo, devido ao valor. Mas limpeza geral deve ser básico para qualquer tipo de estadia. Café e quarto ok, dentro do esperado, conforme preço da estadia.
