Hotel precisa de uma reforma

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao aterro da praia de Iracema, porém necessita de uma reforma nos quartos/banheiro e trocar o mobiliário. O quarto e banheiro são bem limpos, porém o mobiliário é velho. O café da manhã é bem simples e acredito que seja o mesmo cardápio diariamente. Hotel também precisa se informatizar, ficha de check in é em papel, chave do quarto não é magnética é literalmente uma fechadura manual, sem isolamento acústico. Se necessita de um lugar para passar a noite, bem localizado e com um bom preço é vale a penas, mas se for muitos dias não indico.

SUPER RECOMENDO O HOTEL SEAMAR

Gostei da localização, EXCELENTE LOCALIZAÇÃO, maravilhosa, próxima a ESTAÇÃO DE BIKES DO BICICLETAR Fortaleza, vc pode alugar uma bike por R$ 5,00 e andar na ORLA inteira, adorei a localização porque é próximo de tudo, adoramos, sentamos meia noite na praia e tudo iluminado, POLICIA MILITAR no local, muito EXCEPCIONAL, ficamos muito confortáveis nas instalações do HOTEL, para quem busca um MENU de REFEIÇÕES é melhor procurar um RESTAURANTE pois o restaurante do HOTEL só é bom para café da manhã, e pode comprar um FARDO DE ÁGUA MINERAL num supermercado porque em qualquer lugar do CEARÁ que alguém pedir água nem que seja para tomar um remédio o pessoal vai lhe humilhar por causa de um copo d'água, por isso recomendo andar sempre com sua maleta térmica com água geladinha, senão vc vai passar sede porque água no Ceará é mais humilhado e mais precioso do que OURO, pense num povo que suvina água

Não foi ruim, mas precisa dar um trato no quarto, móvel muito velho, banheiro não tem Box ou cortina, esperava um pouco mais do café da manhã. Mas de resto não tenho oq me queixar, ótimo atendimento, garagem coberta e segura.

Realizei uma compra online através de cartão de crédito e não recebi nenhum e-mail da operadora da confirmação da compra, foi necessário acessar site do Hotel e ligar para saber se de fato estava feito a reserva....o pior quando chego no hotel o recepcionista informou que não estava pago as diárias e que teria que pagar, eu entendo quando eu faço todo o procedimento de compra pelo site já era pra estar tudo certo, e necessário uma transparência maior de ambos, Hotel e operadora, eu cliente fiquei inseguro, espero quando chegar a futura não tenho duplicidade de cobrança.....EU FIQUEI CHATEADO PORQUE NÃO FUI INFORMADO DE NADA.

O hotel é bem localizado, muito próximo à orla de Iracema. Há bares e restaurantes por perto. O café da manhã é saboroso e completo. Vale o valor pago. A equipe é bacana e prestativa. A iluminação do quarto deixa a desejar.... Mas relação custo/benefício é boa!
