"Amazing property with lot of amenities and great location"

"Parking is tough when you arrive late night but you still pay $22 per night. We arrived at 10pm and it had rained first time guests here and front desk lady hands us a map. We had no clue where to start. They should have a person or security take people to the rooms since property is big, poorly lit outside and building markings not clear. I booked a king bed room and I was checked into a queen bed smaller room than I booked but once I called the management ended up giving me credit when we were checking out I am yet to confirm this credit. Staff were nice and polite Dave mainatance staff helped us find our room as we wondered lost in the dark on the first night. Next day we got list but a staff member from the kitchen took walked us to the breakfast place. Breakfast is just ok. I think having stayed in awesome hotels in the past for the amount of money this place charges its not worth it. Its a regular place to lay your head. Nothing fancy. If you are exhausted you can get easily frustrated. We asked for microwave and towels about 830pm we dint get anything until 1130pm we had already gone to bed. They are under staffed so they will not pick up the phone. I think overall this is a 3 star hotel. Other hotels maybe better. Their gym is excellent I got to work out so this was a highlight. But thats about it. The room is super cold no way to adjust temp. Blanket super thin."

"Horrible experience. My mistake for going off of the good reviews that obviously pop up first when looking for rooms. I went through all before my stay and realized I made a huge mistake booking this place! Stains on ‘clean towels,’ noticed some stains on the bedding smell like if someone had been smoking in there even though we booked a ‘non smoking room’ Bathroom wasn’t even fully clean what looks like mold possibly in the bathroom or just dirty! Plus, the door handle to get into my room itself was a little off as all of the other rooms doors had a cover over the key hole since the room opens with the card key. Just looked suspicious to me, especially traveling as a single parent with kids. Bathtub wouldn’t drain, had to wait 10 mins in between showers to drain! As soon as we walked into the room there was a musty smell + cigarette smell. perfect reminder for myself to ALWAYS check the reviews!"

"I stayed here about 10 years ago, and I was impressed to see that everything had been nicely renovated and kept very clean. Having a Starbucks and a gas station right at the front entrance, along with convenient parking next to the hotel, made the stay even easier. The included breakfast was very enjoyable, especially the fresh waffles that the kids loved making themselves. Both the room and bathroom were clean, well-maintained. The front desk staff was very friendly, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was not clean, we found blood on our bed sheet and hair in the shower. Also we were there for 4 days and we asked them to clean our room still didn’t show up. We had ran out of everything and all our trash cans were full. It was awful experience."
